I am a Southwest Louisiana native who turned her hobby of ceramics into an online small business called The Nature's Clay while juggling college. The Nature's Clay focuses on creating modern neutral designed functional ceramics that are inspired by nature. Currently, my things can be bought through my Instagram or in person at Olive and Indigo. I am currently working on a website that will be released in September. I have been slinging clay since 2018 when I took a ceramic elective and fell in love with it. I am a firm believer in supporting other artists and want to spread the joy of clay to as many people as I can through social media. I am passionate about preserving the Earth we live on and making ceramics inspired by nature. My pastime is filled with finding new projects to DIY, cooking, and anything creative.

I am a dental technician by trade but my passion is fly tying and watercolor painting. . I often combine the two as a framed piece. I am also a published author having written for many magazines and have penned two instructional books on fly tying.
I love paint. So much so that now I sell it too. I have a large booth at Flock of Five in Sulphur, LA. I have all kinds of embellishments for the savvy DIYer and crafter and I teach classes too. I upcycle furniture these days, making what was old new again. I believe that art is therapy and everyone is capable of creating! Creating texture is my favorite thing to do and I’m learning to mix media and layer many things as well. I also make dried flower rosaries and keepsakes to preserve your special memories from significant events, such as weddings or funerals.
